Looking to meet other green, sustainable, eco-friendly type developers

Posted by monicadear on July 9, 2010 at 9:35pm

I am looking to establish relationships with other Drupal developers and themers who are interested in eco-friendly, green, progressive, sustainable, or social justice projects.

Who's with me?

Through my company http://www.10kwebdesign.com we do a lot of work with green businesses, membership groups, and multicultural women entrepreneurs, and I'd like to collaborate and grow with other people who are committed to working in this sphere.

My sense is that there is a very deep need for good developers to offer their skills and talents to the green and clean economy.

Paid consulting help needed immediately- data reporting with Views II, views_calc and views_groupby

Posted by jsindelar on May 18, 2010 at 4:59pm

Hey Boston drupallers-

Joel Sindelar here, occasional drupaller. I'm working on a project for Jane Doe Inc (non-violence advocacy) through Housingworks Inc. and we've set up a data collection site to log how their staff is spending their time. We're at the point of setting up reports for the data, which involves aggregating data, and calculating some percentages, with Views. Some of this functionality is taken care of by views_groupby and perhaps views_calc, some of which isn't. Need someone with some coding skills to help create these reports. 60ドル-80ドル/hour depending on experience, probably less than 20 hours of work, we have a due date of June 1, so you have to be available now. Good work, interesting people, good cause.

Drupal Designers and Developers needed for THE grassroots website for Gay and Lesbian Equal Rights

Posted by dcomfort on April 6, 2009 at 10:59pm

We are currently developing "Equality Central" with the goal of establishing a clearinghouse for all events, organizations, campaigns, resources for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ) equal rights and justice movement. We have "buy-in" from major grassroots organizations in California and have built a beta website. We need Drupal developers and designers who can help develop the website. We are focusing on California, but this could become the national, grassroots hub for LGBTQ activism.

Please let me know if you are interested.

www.babelup.com

BabelUp is a social network for social activism. That is, it's a fun community to hang out in with friends and discuss global issues. BabelUp hosts forums, user blogs, image galleries, real-time chatting, groups, calendars, and lots of other features you'd expect to find in a well-designed (hopefully) social network.
