Randal Schwartz, host of the Floss Weekly podcast, will presenting a very thorough introduction to git at the UUASC-LA meetup in Culver City on Thursday, and y'all are welcome to attend. For those that have not heard of Git, it is the version control system Drupal.org developers use to share code with one another.

I've been a member of UUASC for over a decade. Disclaimer: I assisted the LA Chapter start up. Unix user meetings rarely touch on Hot Drupal topics, and I thought this one comes close. VozBox is a Drupal based endeavor, and Mobile web author and Mobile Apps are so very hot right now, I thought as a service to some of our members, to cross post this Announcement.
