I need to create a kind of intranet
as a website for a subsidiary company of a university where
users who own projects can upload their progress (pdf files) and can be reviewed by departments responsible for the revision and thus advance their project in a roadmap or a series of booths evaluating their project

any ideas?
someone who wants to support me and needs support for some tasks?

In this project we can create a module so that it will have the following features:

1. Project Management (creation of project, project team(drupal users), client Name and time period of projects)
2. User type( client, HR, Team Members, project lead)
3. On the basis of every project the evaluation will be done.
4. Every team member will got some points or ratings.
5. Ratings will be from three sides one is from client, second from team mebers and third from management team like project lead.
6. Feedback from the client(some evaluation forms)

I asked this question on my Facebook page. The results are based on too few numbers to be much more than anecdotal, but I still think it underpins some of the challenges.

With about 5 or 6 Drupal site installs under our belts we had a mySql persistent connection issue which brought down the mySql server and a few Drupal and non drupal sites with it.

Everyone I talk to is thrilled with the module usage stats provided now by d.o.

I have an idea for another metric that I think would be very helpful to people evaluating modules. The goal of this metric is to evaluate the level of engagement of the project maintainers in the project.

Number of commits and posts to issue queue by project maintainers/number of posts to issue queue by everyone else.

I am trying to figure out the best way to accomplish the following and not having a great deal of luck yet. I was hoping some folks might give me their ideas on ways to proceed.

Greenpeace UK is in the middle of an evaluation of CMS's. See http://importantprojects.co.uk/archives/000077.php for detailed information about their process. I will be making a presentation this Friday to them and addressing how Drupal could meet their needs. I am looking for help in this, specifically I will want to show them working examples of each of their areas of interest. Check out their requirements spreadsheet and give a hand here.

For the record we (CivicActions) are not being paid for this work. This is not a decision making regarding who will implement any of their sites in the future. We will give full-credit to anyone who contributes here (as a matter of fact I will show them this group during the presentation). We believe that Drupal would be a great platform for Greenpeace UK, but more importantly we believe that the Drupal community is the right community for Greenpeace.
