I recently created a web site for lost, found, and adoption notices for domestic pets. The goal is to assist the general public as well as shelters and rescues. In my area the main way to rehome a pet by private individual is a Craigslist posting, which is inefficient. I am not affiliated with any other animal welfare group.

Hi, I'm currently working on a social networking site, for pets!! PetLove, I only work on it on my free time, and it ́s been more than three months since I started.
Sorry, but it ́s only in Spanish (i ́ll work on the un-translation as soon as i ́m done with the basic functionality of the site, and if anyone wants to help with other languages... :D ).
I would love to start receiving some feedback meanwhile.
