@greggles: Another project that I think would be more interesting when it comes to OAuth and the federated social web is my OAuth Connector module - and that would also need a review or two.
@governonline: OAuth is the main mechanism for access handling in the federated social web and Twitter has got on of the most used OAuth API:s. Twitter in itself has got nothing to do with the federated social web.
