Register early for a chance to win an iPad

Have you registered for Drupal Camp Alberta yet? If you haven't, now there's an added incentive to register early. We will be giving away an Apple iPad from Lethbridge Web Design to one lucky Drupal Camp attendee on the morning of September 11. What's the catch? You have to register by August 15th to be eligible, and you must be present to win.

With the schedule starting to take shape and the DCAB2010 party organised, Drupal Camp Alberta 2010 is shaping up to be the best DCAB ever!
All you have to do is register and attend to learn lots of cool stuff full of Drupally goodness.

Win an iPad..... If you register by August 15.

If you haven't registered yet, your time is running out to win an iPad from Drupal Camp Alberta and Lethbridge Web Design. Make sure to buy your ticket by the end of the day on August 15th to be entered in the draw to win!*

(Registration will stay open right up until September, 11th, but why miss out on the chance to win an iPad?)

Don't worry if you don't win the iPad, though. We have plenty of Lullabot prizes that will be given out during the weekend.

Session Update.

Our speakers have been working hard on putting together a variety of sessions for this year's camp. Here are some of the sessions that we have confirmed:

* A collaborative development workflow using Drupal and Git (Joshua Schroeder and Wesley Penner)
* Apache Solr: Searching for a witty title (Daniel Washbrook)
* Appify-Drupal: Using Titanium and Services to put your web site in the App Store (Joshua Schroeder)
* Drupal for Higher Education (Anne Stefanyk)
* Drupal Project Management (Anne Stefanyk)
* Pragmatic guide to Drupal security (Mark Huxley)
* Turning that UX frown upside-down (Steve Fisher)

If you are coming from out of town and need a place to stay, check out Hotel Alma on the University of Calgary campus. Visit their web site at www.hotelalma.ca. There are also a number of hotels at the nearby motel village on 16th avenue.
