How can we get yahoo groups sort of functionality with drupal? - mainly when a user posts something using his mail id it shld get posted onto the site moderation queue .... how can we achieve this functionality? once approved by the moderator it shld be sent to the goup members ... ny clues???

the people i know doing this do so via og2list module. requires own server for mail processing, unfortunately.
