Project module on drupal.org?

Posted by dries on April 20, 2006 at 8:13am

Can't we use the project module on drupal.org to track infrastructure related issue? A centralized place looks like the better option: less confusing, more accessible, less maintenance overhead. I don't understand why we want a separate case tracker.

it is true that issues for this site as a whole could just as easily be managed on drupal.org/project ... i'm actually aiming to offer case tracking for every organic group. will be useful for organizing meetup events, conferences, etc.

Which is something I am

Which is something I am interested in. Especially if cases could be assigned by the group manager to group members (tho that requires casetracker to have some understanding of groups).
