Can anyone share what you have found for an effective solution for scheduling ministry volunteers? We are a smaller church and as such we all wear many hats. I am looking for software that can do the scheduling but also warn me of potential conflicts where I have an individual scheduled in two or more places at the same time. Would appreciate any insight.

We also use http://planningcenteronline.com for our service scheduling. Jim, were you looking to schedule more than services (VBS, classes, etc)?
My primary need at this time
My primary need at this time is people. We frequently have Suzy scheduled to be a greeter and also back in the children's ministry as well. What makes it even more difficult is that we don't have a central schedular so putting Suzzy in two places at the same time isn't caught very well. . . until of Sunday morning ::) So as part of this effort I will centralize that function as well.
