File attachments seem to be broken. I'm trying to attach a file to this post (replacing the file that's already there), but the "File attachments" fieldset says "File attachments are disabled. The file directories have not been properly configured. Please contact the site administrator." I just checked, and I'm seeing the same thing on this post.

When I go to the page reported by Garrett, and I edit it, I see the same message reported; the form fields to add an attachment are not present, and it is instead shown an error message.

This what I see; I checked it two minutes ago.

Never mind; I checked again, and it works. Where before I saw an error message, I now see the attachment form fields.
I think there must be some problems with the cache. When I wrote my previous comment, I was reported that it triggered the spam filter, and it was not accepted; I then edited it, and added more text (in the case the problem was the length of the comment), clicked on save, but rather than seeing the comment as I changed it, I see the comment as I first wrote it.
