Hi,
I'm looking to set up two types of user points.
I.e.: Points and credits.
The reason for this, i want to use "credits" (userpoints) to let users buy credits throigh ubercart <--- possible
and pay for content <--- possible
(exchange the points to the content provider) <--- possible
who will be able to cashout his earned credits <--- another thing that i'm not sure of if possibe).
Also i want to have general points to rank users based on actions on the site (comments, fill in profile fields etc) <--- this i know is possible.
so to get back to "I'm looking to set up two types of user points.` <---- is this possible at all?

It has been a while since you wrote this, but you or someone else might still need it :)
At the time of this writing, functionality that support what you need (points taxonomy and rules integration) is now in the newest dev version of points.
That means that you can set up several types of points and use one type to pay with and another to rank users.

Actually, shortly after i
Actually, shortly after i wrote that, i found out that there are 'Points Categories' and i used that one.
Meaning, i added 'credits' for payment, and points for points.
Well, i didn't test it thourougly, but i did find that point substraction was not done from the correct points category.
Maybe that has changed, i don't know.

Points categorization not working correctly
I also did the same test.
Created category Credits for the Store Credit payment with ubercart and category Points not used for payment. In Points Settings, I had the following configuration:
Points Categorization
Default Category: Points
Category to display on the user profile page: Uncategorized
Ubercart Award Options
Points awarded for buying (multiplied by product price):1
Smallest purchase for which points are awarded:1
Moderate userpoints transaction:No
Award Category:Credits
User to whom points are awarded on purchase:Referrer only
points multiplier for referrer:1
Moderate userpoints transaction:No
Ubercart Product Options
Moderate userpoints transaction:No
Product Category:Credits
However, the substraction appears to be from category Points as shown by My Points :

Any suggestions on how to solve this issue so one can use points according to each category, please?
Also it will be useful to consider when all points and all credits are used for payment (as it is happening now). I was trying to see if there is any section where the user can convert points into credits so the user decides when points are converted into credits in order to make a payment using Store credit.
