Make Meetups Quarterly or Trimesterly?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Hi guys!

I commented on the discussion about a march meetup but I don't think anyone saw it.. I'm proposing making our meetups less frequent.

I think monthly is a bit much because we're few to attend atm :) Let's make'm quarterly or semesterly so that more people will join for the ride!

We could also make them a little bit longer so they have more content.

So either:
- march / june / setp / dec
or
- march / july / nov

Sounds good to me. Time of day was the biggest issue for me in terms of being able to attend though.

So far i missed all meetups
For they are not listed in the #drupal-pm channel topic.

yes, until we get a bit more momentum I think quarterly is probably best. We can promote them far into advance and people might be more inclined to attend if they are a bit more significant.

I think it we make them 2hrs, then it might be a bit easier to for some people to attend part of the meeting if they can't attend the whole thing. I'd also like to see them recorded
