We all have them -- places we regularly return to for information, tips, tricks, examples, documentation, news, etc etc.
I'd really love to pool our resources and start a PM bookmark library.
a) what's a good, public, sharable tool for this?
b) who's in?
c) everyone should say yes to b.

a) to save my bookmarks I use Delicious, I have no reasons to share them, but my bookmarks accessible http://www.delicious.com/vaso1977
Also I think to use Twitter for that goal will be more flexible because everyone can easily follow by you.
but in our dev team for educational purpose we use Drupal single page site with sets of links on different topics http://drupal.yaremchuk.ru

A PM bookmark library would
A PM bookmark library would be great, though something a bit more substantial would be great. Along the lines of http://www.smashingmagazine.com, http://www.alistapart.com, http://cognition.happycog.com.
I'm sure people would agree there are enough subjects, topics, reference sites, books, events, podcasts(?) on Drupal PM to fill a site pretty easily.
So yes to b)!
