Can I use the English schema.org vocabulary to a non-english site?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Hi,
can I use the schema.org vocabulary to a non-english site(greek site) ?Will I have the same benefits if I would use it to an english site?

You certainly can. Although the schema.org terms and documentation are in English, the content it describes on your pages could be in any language. Note that the schema.org FAQ #7 indicates plans to translate the documentation of schema.org into other languages too.

I'd encourage you to send an email to the public-vocabs@w3.org mailing list (subscribe here) to get a more "official" answer from the schema.org sponsors.
