Regarding the "Usability Group", how come in the Usability column on the right it's called "Create Discussion, when you create a new discussion it's called "Submit Discussion" and after you submit/create your discussion, it gets put in a column called "Recent Posts"?
This kind of stuff pisses me off and even worse, it pisses my dog off too!

not a suggestion
The title of your discussion is misleading: you've provided a complaint, not a suggestion.
suggestion: "a proposal offered for acceptance or rejection"
complaint: "an expression of grievance or resentment"
A thorough suggestion would be something like:
"The page title on the page to create a discussion is 'Submit Discussion' but it would be better as 'Create Discussion' because that is the text on the link.
I would also like it if the block on the Usability Group Page called 'Recent posts' were called 'Recent discussions and wikis'"
So, here I have provided a suggestion on how you can improve your feedback. I hope it is acceptable to both you and your dog ;)
