First of all you need to setup drupal and then need to integrate theme into it. (Theme integration is optional as drupal installation will provide some default themes).
Then you need to create cck types at admin side as per your site's content. After this you would be able to add contents from admin side and you can see those contents at front side. But make sure to give permission of ccktype fields at admin side.
