The reason this group was closed was that in Drupal México we had come to the conclusion that while our community remained small we didn't wanted to fracture it in state regions, so we settled on having only Drupal Mexico Group opened for all communities in México. This is documented in this thread: http://groups.drupal.org/node/68673 (although it is in spanish =P).
So what do you think? Can we leave this group closed until the Guadalajara community demands its own forum separated from Mexico group? So far we are all posting in Mexico.
