Thank you so much... to everyone that was involved in making DrupalCampLA happen. The Las Vegas contingent is grateful and owes every one of you a drink at the Double Down Saloon any time you are in Vegas >:]

Another thanks from a Bay Area attendee... that was a fantastic conference! Well worth the 700 mile

Crystal, Chris, Mike and all the organizers. I can't begin to express how grateful I am for the opportunity. I met some great folks, learned more than I can appreciate at the moment, and am totally stoked and energized to try out some new stuff. Thanks also to all the more experienced Drupalers for lending a helping hand to us newbies - especially Mike, Chris B and Bao in the final session's "Drupal Install Fest."

I'm local and am so glad I have the monthly LA meetings to look forward to!

Thanks again, and great job to the organizers for what you were able to accomplish with your limited resources!

Thank you for a great weekend

Congrats to everyone, thanks for the shout out Monna! This was a truly successful event and looks like there is no where else to go but up from here, go LA Drupallers and other Drupallers abroad!

Thank you!

Thank you to everyone across the board, especially volunteers and our angel sponsors!

Some initial photos are up at http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=drupalcampla&s=rec (tagged: drupalcampla).

Videos will be as soon as we can get them; we're eager too.

Please, all check out BADcamp too, it's in the Bay Area by the Bay Area Drupal group.

Indeed... big thanks for putting together a great event. It was well worth waking up at 8am on a weekend and driving from Las Vegas. See you all again soon!

So this is the thread where I really should have posted this comment. Live and learn.

Thanks again,
Bill

Live and learn, indeed

Real life only allowed me to spend a few hours of Saturday at DrupalCamp LA. I enjoyed the couple of sessions that I got to sit in on. Even better was the chance to meet Amazon, ccharlton, some of the WorkHabit folks, and a few dozen other Drupalites. But the highlight of my day was getting an opportunity to meet and chat with Dimitri and Igor.

Thanks to crystal, ccharton, the all-too-busy WorkHabit staff, and everyone else involved in putting this together. Great stuff.

Bill

Bill, it was great to see you there and get a chance to meet face to face. I'm truly sorry we didn't get a chance to sit down and just talk, but hey, that's how it goes at these things sometimes. I'm glad you enjoyed your brief visit though, even in the midst of real life pulling you away.

Did you get to sit in on the Awesome Testing Party with Dmitri and Igor? I haven't heard how it went.

Awesome, helpful event!

I guess I speak for everyone who came up from San Diego when I say thanks for everything. Crystal, Chris, and everybody else of the DrupalLA group, you are awesome!
Thanks too to all the other cool people who were there, and especially to those who gave me feedback on my talk. I wish I had taken the time to get business cards printed for my week old business, so to everybody who I had to disappoint, email me at cwebersd at gmail.com or contact me through my user page.
