Intranet Sites

I need to create a kind of intranet
as a website for a subsidiary company of a university where
users who own projects can upload their progress (pdf files) and can be reviewed by departments responsible for the revision and thus advance their project in a roadmap or a series of booths evaluating their project

any ideas?
someone who wants to support me and needs support for some tasks?

Hi group-members,

just entered this group because the topic is business software and all the issues around intranet solutions. As we just develop ERPAL as a Drupal distribution for these purposes, I would be very happy to get feedback to that distribution, either here in this group or in the issue queue of ERPAL.

I've been trying to do some analysis on an Intranet site I work on to determine what is a reasonable percent of the company to log into the site during a typical week (i.e. a week that doesn't have any holidays) and what percent you expect to use the one-time login link.

I'm starting to track this on the site and found that the watchdog for the one-time link is not super handy because the UID column is empty. I made a patch to make the watchdog of the use of one-time logins happen after the user has a session so that the uid will be populated - http://drupal.org/node/1564996

Hi, missing a link to an informative page/wiki on the IntraNet group page; about ways to accomplish a Drupal IntraNet and pros & cons of different methods doing so? I thought it would be very helpful if I would bring it up here.

Our situation is that we are moving a large, multi-user knowledge management Portal into private beta. While we wish to have a "live" version of the site, with content creation, file upload , image upload and addition etc, we wish to maintain active development on several aspects of functionality.

Ok - no posts in this group?! I'll start, my notes are old because I started investigating the topic over a year ago - got as far a few test builds on an Ubuntu dev server and managed to get LDAP integration working, so it CAN be done. Now starting my research and studying over, there's some exciting new stuff out there - probably most notably Open Atrium.
