Chuck Currie is a United Church of Christ minister in Portland, Oregon who is regarded as one of the nation's leading advocates for the homeless. He served on the board of the National Coalition for the Homeless and as the executive director of the Goose Hollow Family Shelter in Portland. Currie is a graduate of Eden Theological Seminary in Webster Groves, MO, currently works as the interim minister at Parkrose Community United Church of Christ in northeast Portland, and writes a blog about the United Church of Christ and ecumenical issues.

Flick The Bug! is a band hailing from Stone Ridge, New York. Their music is hard to place into one genre, but they have been called emo, grindcore, acoustic, screamo and comedy. They, for lack of a better term, call themselves a SillyXcore band.

Their music is reminiscent of Weird Al Yankovic and Stephen Lynch, while still keeping their own style.

Flick The Bug! started in 2005 when Kelly Colomban and Cheyenne Regan started recording material just for fun. Next year Shawn Long and his best friend, Alex Wolf, joined the band to complete the line-up. They have recently recorded their debut full length album, My Chemical Lo Mein, Duh!. This album will be released on March 19th, 2007.

Flick The Bug! recently played their first to shows. Both shows were held at The Nostrand Gay Bar. They shared the stage both times with The Beatitude 99.

Trish Choi is the Alias of a popular internet celebrity. Famous for her video rants, blogs, and myspace. While she is not the most popular friend on myspace (See Tila Tequila), she is one of the most. Most of her rants include people who she finds annoying and the things that happen to her throughout the day.

Trish Choi was born in San Jose, CA while her current location is unknown. Her age is unknown but according to her videos she is currently in highschool. She was born to Chinese-Vietnamese parents and has 2 sisters and 1 brother. She has noted that she enjoys all types of music and music is her passion, especially Asian music. Little is known about Trish Choi because she chooses to remain mysterious. According to her blogs, videos, and myspace it is known that her bestfriend is Andrew Ng, she is heterosexual, is 4 ft. 11 in. tall, does not smoke or drink. Once in a while, Trish Choi posts up surveys about herself in her blogs that tell more about her.

Trish Choi has revealed in a blog that her name ws chosen by her because of a famous korean singer, Se7en (Choi Dong Wook). She has a quirky crush on him therefore she chose to take his last name. Then on she has a viewer poll to decide if she should keep using her alias. The week after, she started another crush on yet another korean singer, Whee Sung (Choi Whee Sung). Giga Tuesday , February 5,2008 is the date of the largest number of scheduled presidential primaries in American political history. Many pundits expect the winner of these multistate primaries will have a commanding lead to become the 2008 presidential nominee of the Republican Party and the Democratic Party.

Politicians in other states have long felt the positioning of the Iowa caucus and the New Hampshire primary at the start of the nominating process gave those states undue influence. As a result starting in 1988 a number of southern states organized the first Super Tuesday set of multistate primaries. Prior to 2008 some of the very largest states, such as California, New York, Illinois and New Jersey felt their influence on the nominating process would be diminshed if they held their primaries late in the process, hence they decided to hold their 2008 primaries shortly after the 2008 New Hampshire primary.

As of early March 2007, it appeared as many as 20 states would be choosing delegates to either the Republican National Convention or the Democratic National Convention on that date.

Some states that did not schedule their primaries or caucuses on February 5 scheduled them in close proximity, such as Nevada Republicans who scheduled a caucus for February 7, 2008 , hoping to gain added influence. [1]

The massive scale of GigaTuesday is expected to impact the presidential nomination race by forcing lesser known candidates to gain exposure earlier in the campaign, as well as benefiting those candidates able to finance a multistate advertising blitz. [2]

The term "GigaTuesday" was coined by a contributor named "Ironman" to Patrick Ruffini's blog on February 17, 2007. [3].The comparison was to the computer usage of "giga" as a massively large number. The term quickly became widely used by national bloggers and newswriters.[4] [5]

Known for his fingers, he travel from town to town finger everything he comes into contact with including; squirrels, raccoons,

David Fandila, commonly known as El Fandi, is one of the mosk skilled torreros in the world. He was born on June 13, 1981 in Granada Spain. To the people of Granada, he is seen as a local hero.

He began his career of billfighting as a picador (bullfighter mounted on horseback armed with a spear) in Santa Fé, a town close to the capital of Granada. He qualified as a bullfighter in his home town in June of 2000 under the instruction of José María Manzanares. David Fandila has shown an ability to master every aspect of the bullfight. His style of fighting is notable in that he performs every stage of the bullfight with no assistance. That is, he does the banderillero portion of the fight and the muleta portion of the fight. He displays the ability to master each stage of the fight in all of his performances, making him at present one of the apprentice bullfighters with the best throw. When David qualified as a bullfighter, still an apprentice, his popularity soared enormously. Having developed a keen interest in the evening training fights at the Las Ventas Bullring in Madrid, he displayed his ease in all stages of the fight and now, as a qualified matador, has continued to perfect and perform them with sheer brilliance.

With a cape he can perform bullfighting 'a la Verónica' on his knees. A task only the most skilled bullfighters can perform.

This bullfighter is symbolic of the sheer heroism of the art of bullfighting. He is a 'Man' in every sense of the word.

Grace Poole of the book Jane Eyre has an odd presence about her. On more than one occasion she eerily howls, bites, and attacks in the light of a full moon. All these bring the reader to one conclusion... Grace Pool is a werewolf. On further examination the author of the book Jane Eyre, Charlotte Bronte, has embedded many hidden clues as to Grace Poole's true identity.

A werewolf (also lycanthrope or wolfman) in folklore is a person who shapeshifts into a wolf or wolflike creature, either purposely, by using magic, or after being placed under a curse. The transformation into the werewolf form is generally associated with the appearance of a full moon. In each one of Grace's attacks she is in an almost trance-like state and it is on the night of a full moon. In the beginning of chapter 20 in the novel Jane Eyre, "The moon" is referenced as being, "full and bright." This is the night that Grace savagely attacks and bites Mr. Mason. When Grace is awakened by Rochester to help Mr. Mason she sees a locked- up beast making "a snarling, snatching sound, almost like a dog." This is later identified as Grace Poole. She is locked in that room to prevent her from any further attacks on this night of her transformation into her werewolf counterpart. The reader later finds out that Mason's near-fatal wounds were not caused by the blade of a knife, but by teeth. Grace had bit him. Not many survive the bite of a werewolf, but those who do are infected when the werewolves saliva enters the blood stream. That human is now a werewolf also. Perhaps this is why Rochester is so quick to send Mason away after addressing his wounds.

These mythical creatures are said to be immortal unless shot by a silver bullet or stabbed with a silver blade, then they will turn back into the human form. This is quite possibly the reason Rochester has kept Grace at Thornfield with knowledge of her being a werewolf. Before Grace had became a werewolf she and Rochester were very close, either romantically or by direct relation. Rochester is desperately searching for a way to bring her back to the Grace Poole that he once knew. He is also possibly using Jane to bring himself closer to his goal of bringing Grace back to human form. He has knowledge of Jane's prior education at Lowood and, although it is never mentioned in the book, Lowood has many secrets in itself. The headmaster, Mr. Brocklehurst had ties to werewolves himself. Having been a student and teacher at Lowood, Jane came to an understanding of werewolves and their strengths and weaknesses. Once Rochester has what he needs from Jane he will no longer have the need to court her in the way he does. In the book's time period no man with that high of a social position would marry into a longer class unless the was a motive behind it.

Charlotte Bronte had a troubled childhood. When she was only nine years old two of her older sisters became ill and died. The next year her father brought home a box of wooden soldiers for the children to play with. Charlotte and her siblings took an immediate liking to these and created an imaginary world which they called Angria. This is where Charlotte turns to vampires, ghosts, and werewolves. She is most fanatic and obsessive about werewolves. However, she involves all these mythical creatures in her imaginary world. From this point on Charlotte as intertwined these creatures into much of her novels, poetry, and life. In 1849 Charlotte writes 'Shirley' which takes place in industrial England and is almost all concerning vampires, and their ways.

Although it never clearly states that Charlotte's character Grace is modeled after the mythical werewolf, each connotation in the book makes it even more evident to the reader. From her insatiable thirst for blood on full moons to her bone-chilling howls of rage, the character Grace Poole is clearly a werewolf.

The Tito-Šubašic Agreement was made on November 1st, 1944. It's goal was the forming of a joint Yugoslav government. It made Josip Broz Tito the War Minister(Minister Of Defense) while Dr.Ivan Šubašic became the president.

This agreement came to an end on March 5th, 1945 when the Šubašic government resigned.

Fakers is an hilariously charming crime caper set in the eccentric London art world. It was the directorial debut of Richard Janes who also produced the film with fellow Ravensbourne graduates Claire Bee and Todd Kleparski.

Nihon Joshidagku or Japan Women's University, was founded by Naruse Jinzo, a Japanese intellect, who at the age of seventeen decided to dedicate his life to promoting the education of women. Naruse visited women's colleges in the United States and found inspiration for his college there. He was supported in his endeavor by Okuma Shigenobu, the Prime Minister of Japan in 1898 and by Saionji Kimmochi, the Minister of Education. While Nihon Joshidagku was a private school, it was not a religious institution like other private schools in Japan at this time. This school's course focused on four subject areas: literature, English, domestic science and pedagogy. Naruse believed women should be educated so they could perform their ideological duty of "good wife, wise mother" more efficiently and correctly. Naruse believed that his students should be taken away from the daily family life during their education. He established a dormitory system in which twenty-five pupils would room at a house which was supervised by a matron. One of the graduates of Nihon Joshidagku was Hiratsuka Raicho.

The innovative idea of establishing a brewery in Greece belongs to Demetri Politopoulos and his family. Demetri Politopoulos, a brew master himself who has graduated from the well - known Siebel Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois, was determined to enrich the economical and industrial life of his country with a Brewery, since Greece is one of the very few countries in the world that didn't produce it's own beer until now.

Thus, the first Greek Brewery was established in Rodopi where, according to tradition, the first Greek beer was produced in Ancient Times, and gave birth to Vergina beer.

Abiodun Temitayo Salami was born on the 1st of October 1944, to a man named G.O Salami. The Salamis' although originally from the Mupa part of Ijebu-Ode, had settled in Ibadan. As a kid he faced the trials of a low life family, later to rise as a respected member of the Nigerian financial setor. In his early days, he schooled at the prestigious st.olivet high school, then later at the Ibadan boys high school, amongst his colleagues then are, Governor Rasheed Adewolu Ladoja, Femi Oderinde to mention a few. He later attended the University of Ibadan, before moving to Bradford university to collect numerous accolades. He retired from the Central Bank of Nigeria in dec 2004, serving in numerous capacity. He was the acting director/deputy director of the Development Finance Department of the bank. He served his nation dilligently on numerous occasions, including chiarman of the defunct Poverty Eradication Programme Abuja chapter, member of Economic Commmittee to various Economic Summits around the globe. Born in Nottingham, 1982, Mark Dale's early cricket career pinnacle was being selected to represent England youth aged just 15. Unfortunately his early promise was halted as the death of his father one year later stalled his development as a young player. However his talent did get recognition firstly with his native county Nottinghamshire CCC and then at Worcestershire CCC, although strong performances were not consistent.

Dale studied at the University of Durham after failing to make a notable impression on the game as a teenager. However, it was Greame Fowler, head coach of the Durham University Cricketing Centre of Excellence that gave Dale new oppourtunities to excell at first class level. Although Dale achieved a degree, his cricket career diminshed within 3 years in academia owing much to a back injuy in 2004.

VERICUT® is an advanced solids-based software program that interactively simulates the material removal process of an NC program. The program depicts three to five-axis milling/ drilling and wire EDM operations as well as multi-axis turning and combination mill/turn machining. VERICUT enables an NC programmer to verify the accuracy and quality of the NC program using a computer. Inefficient motion or programming errors that could potentially ruin the part, damage the fixture, or break the cutting tool can be corrected before the program is run on an NC machine tool.

With VERICUT, manufacturers increase productivity, improve product quality, reduce NC programming time, improve the efficiency, reduce scrap and rework, increase safety, and provide a training tool for new programmers and machine tool operators. NC Programs from any CAM system and machine code data (G codes) are processed directly in VERICUT.

Setting Up and Running a Simulation: Only three things are required to verify an NC program; a stock model, a cutting tool description, and a tool path. Stock can be defined in VERICUT or imported from a CAD system. Cutting tool descriptions can be contained in the NC program file or retrieved from a library of cutting tools. After the stock model, cutting tool description, and the NC program are defined, VERICUT cuts a three-dimensional solid part. When an error is detected, VERICUT provides a complete history of the error. By clicking on the error in the simulated NC program, the actual NC program command that caused the error is displayed for quick error identification and correction.

Viewing and Analyzing the Simulated Part: Comprehensive tools for viewing and analyzing the cut model are provided. The part can be quickly zoomed, sectioned, reversed, and rotated at any angle. The part can be displayed in translucent mode, revealing areas not visible in a solid model such as the intersection of drilled holes. VERICUT takes accurate three-dimensional measurements of all model features including machined surfaces such as fillet radii, corner radii, hole diameters, distances/angles, gaps, wall and floor thicknesses, part volumes, and depths. The cut model can be compared to the original design model to perform constant gouge checking and identify excess material left on the part.

Optimizing the NC program: VERICUT is equipped with sophisticated NC program optimization capabilities. Based on initial programmed feed rates, VERICUT automatically determines the optimum safe feed rate for each cut. Cycle time can be reduced by 50% or more. Other benefits of optimized feed rates are: longer cutting tool life; fewer broken cutting tools and scrapped parts; better quality parts due to minimized cutter deflection; and a better finish on part surfaces and edges due to constant tool pressure.

Machine Tool Simulation: VERICUT shows material removal at the workpiece level and simulates entire machine tools just as they appear on the shop floor. The program also simulates NC machine controls and supports advanced control functions. The result is fully realistic machine tool animation. The program automatically checks for machine tool collisions and over travel, greatly reducing the possibility of a devastating machine crash, its associated repair costs, and loss of production. VERICUT is also a powerful reverse post-processor. The program translates G codes into any user-defined NC data format.

Artist Development is a division of a record label's A&R department. Originally created to help the artists signed by the label grow in a progressively positive direction. In the late 1980's, artist development was moved out from under the A&R umbrella to become part of the marketing departments of labels, focusing more on product development.

Since the early 1990s, label objectives changed, and the artists signed were those with more immediate profitability. Artists seen as already developed, or developed enough, were signed with more pressure placed on the success of their first release, and dropped if the album failed to meet expectations.

Artist development, now absent from the label system, has become part of the responsibilities of management, and others working with artists early in the careers. The development process includes everything from song direction and licensing to marketing and design. The artist developer is expected to help their chosen artist get organized and evolve their sound and live show to the desired level of success.

David Fandila, commonly known as El Fandi, is one of the mosk skilled torreros in the world. He was born on June 13, 1981 in Granada Spain. He is currently the number one bullfighter in all of Spain. To the people of Granada, he is seen as a local hero.

He began his career of billfighting as a picador (bullfighter mounted on horseback armed with a spear) in Santa Fé, a town close to the capital of Granada. He qualified as a bullfighter in his home town in June of 2000 under the instruction of José María Manzanares. David Fandila has shown an ability to master every aspect of the bullfight. His style of fighting is notable in that he performs every stage of the bullfight with no assistance. That is, he does the banderillero portion of the fight and the muleta portion of the fight. He displays the ability to master each stage of the fight in all of his performances, making him at present one of the apprentice bullfighters with the best throw. When David qualified as a bullfighter, still an apprentice, his popularity soared enormously. Having developed a keen interest in the evening training fights at the Las Ventas Bullring in Madrid, he displayed his ease in all stages of the fight and now, as a qualified matador, has continued to perfect and perform them with sheer brilliance.

With a cape he can perform bullfighting 'a la Verónica' on his knees. A task only the most skilled bullfighters can perform.

This bullfighter is symbolic of the sheer heroism of the art of bullfighting. He is a 'Man' in every sense of the word.

The Little Flower Chaplet is a form of Catholic devotion to St. Therese of Lisieux, known as the "Little Flower". It consists of a string of 24 beads, each representing a year of her life, plus one additional (sometimes larger) bead. One prays it by reciting the following prayer on the first (large) bead: "St. Therese of the Infant Jesus, Patroness of Missions, pray for us." Is a democratic republic currently being developed by local business interest with in the confines of the New Caledonia. In March 2007 the Free Associates of Galliumistan was organized to declare the independence and form constitutional democracy. The primary motivation for the formation of Galliumistan was to create an economic monopoly on the worlds supply of naturally occurring Gallium. Gallium is a material that is essential to the production of light emitting diodes and the wealth generated from the sales of this elements should be distributed amongst the local population, not foreign mining interest.

Buddy (Dog Actor) (1988-2000) Was a Golden Retriever best known for his skill of shooting a basketball perfectly into a net, he has several other Dog relatives that have acted in similar films, including ones regarding baseball, and soccer, he died a tragig death as he wondered onto a freeway and was struck by an 18 wheeler. He will be remembered fondly by all who enjoyed his work as an actor, and he will be greatly missed, as watching that dog shoot hoops could bring tears to Charles Mason.

Thomas "Tom" Christian Korbee was born on December 16, 1979 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He has two younger brothers, Nick and Joe.

At the tender age of five, he began playing piano and writing. Tom's grandmother insisted he start piano lessons.

While in high school at St. Xaiver, Tom began taking lessons at the College Conservatory of Music part of the University of Cincinnati. He took lessons with Paul McCready. Tom eventually attended college there.

In college, Tom wrote two musicals; Will It Ever Stop Raining? and Shades. Both were productions of CCM. He met his wife, Jennifer Peterson-Hind there. Tom graduated with a BFA in Musical Drama.

Out of college, Tom starred in the off-broadway show, Jerry Herman's Showtune. He played a lead and can be heard on the original cast recording. He then recorded his three-song demo with Jennifer. Although this was all very good for a new college graduate, Tom was not content. He and Jennifer moved to West Hollywood. It was a big step for Tom's career.

Currently, Tom performs at Highland Grounds with Jennifer and friends Micheal Frieman and Eli Hludzik. He also played at VIVA with them. Recently, Tom played the male lead, Tinker, in John Stothers musical, PILGRIM.

Tom is now recording his album with Shelter Studios. It is due out in 2007.

Jerry Tarkanian Court is the name of the basketball court at the Thomas and Mack Center on the campus of UNLV. The court was dedicated on November 26, 2005 to Jerry Tarkanian, the former basketball coach of the UNLV Runnin' Rebels.

Chris Ayer began singing at age 7. He wrote his first song "Broken Glass, Broken Heart" on the piano at age 10. He spent the next several years performing in the Washington Opera, as well as with community and regional theatre productions. He began playing the guitar and writing music with it when he received a left handed guitar as a high school graduation gift. He moved to California to attend Stanford University, where he studied philosophy, writing, and music. His first full-length album, This Is The Place, (2006) was recorded in Nashville and produced by Jason Gantt.
