Please do not keep responding. That's not what AfC comments are for and not how the process works. It would be better if you pretend this draft does not exist and go edit about something else entirely, but if you insist in replying, please sign your comments. Star Mississippi 18:28, 3 January 2026 (UTC) [reply ]

@Star Mississippi I felt that I needed to respond for something that is factually wrong. Would you mind telling me how to sign the comment? I'd appreciate if you could share a link to the instructions, if those exist. WestwoodHights573 (talk) 18:48, 3 January 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
Hi @WestwoodHights573. Not sure if there's a link, but to sign your comments when not using the reply tool (which does it for you), use ~~~~
If you're going to continue to discuss Weinberg's notability, you'd be better using the draft's Talk for continued back and forth to avoid issues such as the one you saw where the system duplicated your comment. Star Mississippi 02:37, 4 January 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
@Star Mississippi thanks! I appreciate that! WestwoodHights573 (talk) 04:08, 4 January 2026 (UTC) [reply ]

Your draft article, Draft:Nexad

[edit ]

Hello, WestwoodHights573. This message concerns the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, "Nexad".

Drafts that go unedited for six months are eligible for deletion, in accordance with our draftspace policy, and this one has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission , and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you read this, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the draft so you can continue to work on it.

Your submission at Articles for creation: Winston Weinberg (January 4)

[edit ]
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by SmokeyJoe was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
This draft is currently WP:Reference bombed with many references that are weak due to dubious independence. Noting that it was recently deleted from mainspace due to non indepence of sources, it is extremely hard to justify acceptance without highlighting independent coverage.

To assist with this, I urge the draft proponents to selected the three best, most independent, references for deep analysis, on the draft_talk page, where I have previously asked.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved. SmokeyJoe (talk) 02:11, 4 January 2026 (UTC) [reply ]
