Date format
[edit ]I see you have changed my correction of the date format on Otzma Yehudit. We have a manual of style on date formats (WP:MOSDATE) and they must be either "19 July 2017" or "July 19, 2017"; you cannot use "19th". Please could you correct it. Thanks, Number 5 7 23:39, 23 July 2017 (UTC) [reply ]
On it, sorry wasn't aware of the format. ShimonChai (talk) 23:40, 23 July 2017 (UTC) [reply ]
Michael Ben Ari
[edit ]You may wanna take a look at this: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Michael_Ben-Ari&diff=793312505&oldid=792952705-- 190.137.234.135 (talk) 00:18, 2 August 2017 (UTC) [reply ]
Hello, thank you for informing me, however I can't edit the page anymore since the user access level required to has been changed, no doubt that it was an attempt by a bias editor (proof in the fact that the sources used are known for being bias.) in an attempt to try and silence any sort of attempt to make Wikipedia less biased. So sadly I cannot do anything about said editor changing it back. ShimonChai (talk) 02:26, 2 August 2017 (UTC) [reply ]

Hello, the article was already deleted wasn't it? That was also around a month or two ago, I don't know why this is being opened back up.ShimonChai (talk) 22:53, 18 September 2017 (UTC) [reply ]
ArbCom 2017 election voter message
[edit ]Hello, ShimonChai. Voting in the 2017 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23.59 on Sunday, 10 December. All users who registered an account before Saturday, 28 October 2017, made at least 150 mainspace edits before Wednesday, 1 November 2017 and are not currently blocked are eligible to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2017 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page . MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 18:42, 3 December 2017 (UTC) [reply ]
Weasel wording
[edit ]Please avoid adding weasel words (such as "supposed") in articles like you did at radical feminism. EvergreenFir (talk) 23:49, 11 December 2017 (UTC) [reply ]
Date formatting
[edit ]Hello Shimon. When writing dates on Wikipedia, please don't use informal contractions like "Jan 4" – you need to spelling it out in full. For Israel-related articles, "4 January" would be the preferred way. Cheers, Number 5 7 18:41, 31 January 2018 (UTC) Sorry, thought abbreviation worked, I just remembered that you can't use a comma. Social Exclusion
[edit ]Yay and hello User:ShimonChai, I applaud your effort and time to make the article Social exclusion a better one so as to inform the world properly. However, editing so much in different parts of the article at a go was not too good. Other editors, like I watching the page would have loved it if you made the edits section by section and gave a summary of your edit each time.
Would you love me to revert your last edit on the article so you contribute to it properly?

My grounds for making such drastic edits all at wants were at they were all unsourced or pov, which to my understand means that they can be removed. If you want to revert it, go ahead, I can't stop you, but I probably won't try and edit it again in all honesty. ShimonChai (talk) 12:13, 8 March 2018 (UTC) [reply ]
No Shimon, I would not revert your edits. I don't believe in undoing people's efforts at the convenience of a click from my armchair. What you did was the best for the article. This article is being used by sociologists, social workers and activists all over the world and they would be thankful for this. But this is a collaborative work, breaking your edits into batches or similar actions and summarizing each rather than combining it all is good team work because you, we can't be all right on some things that look so. March 2018
[edit ]Hello, I'm L293D. I noticed that in this edit to Confirmation, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. L293D (☎ • ✎) 19:59, 9 March 2018 (UTC) [reply ]
Disambiguation link notification for March 20
[edit ]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Baruch Marzel, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kach (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Orphaned non-free image File:Otzma Yehudit New Logo.jpg
[edit ]Thanks for uploading File:Otzma Yehudit New Logo.jpg . The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. — JJMC89 (T ·C) 06:40, 24 March 2018 (UTC) [reply ]
Non-free rationale for File:Otzma Yehudit.png
[edit ]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Otzma Yehudit.png . I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale.
If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described in section F6 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. — JJMC89 (T ·C) 06:41, 24 March 2018 (UTC) [reply ]
Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:25, 4 June 2018 (UTC) [reply ]
Image without license
[edit ]Unspecified source/license for File:Itamarbengvir.jpg
[edit ]Thanks for uploading File:Itamarbengvir.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self }} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}}
(to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (Talk • Contribs • Owner) 22:01, 7 June 2018 (UTC) [reply ]
