I saw you remove a post at talk:Denali that said they wanted it moved to McKinley. Usually I would do the same but it got me to thinking. Did it deserve removing or was it simply placed in the wrong location? Couldn't it have been moved into the requested move section instead of a removal of the post? It was just a question and I'll do nothing as you know the system better than I. It just got me to thinking that perhaps, since there is a current open poll of "move or not move", and this poster (during that poll period) said they want it moved, that perhaps it should go in the poll section rather than a removal. We are not news and don't aim to reflect the current trends or topics online. In fact, we try to avoid those thing (WP:10Y). One way to think of is ask yourself if "if this was a printed encyclopedia, like Britannica, would I include this info and spend the ink and paper to do that? Is it that important?". In Hirono's case, it's not. Additionally, we have rules about biographies of living people and we don't include negative information unless it's important and a reliable secondary source says it.
