ASCAP
[edit ]While the text matches the article from the Baltimore newspaper, to the best of my knowledge the organization has always been known as ASCAP where the p stands for publishers. ASCAP does not handle payments for musicians - record labels do that.
What is striking about this station is that with the NAB locking out ASCAP trying to replace it with BMI, this newly licensed station sided with ASCAP. StreamingRadioGuide (talk) 00:43, 12 August 2019 (UTC) [reply ]
