Factual Error on the page.
[edit ]In the section, The End Of The Civil War, the sentence "Back in New York, she assisted British steamer European after she exploded in New York Harbor 3 April 1866." is in error. The steamer exploded in Aspinwall, Panama (now Colon) on the date cited. 209.37.78.16 18:03, 23 July 2007 (UTC) [reply ]

Fate of the James Adger?
[edit ]According to this web museum: The James Adger was sold to the British Merchant Trading Company in 1867 and renamed the Windsor Castle. She was lost 31 January 1869 in the Bay of Biscay.[1] Broichmore (talk) 16:50, 2 May 2018 (UTC) [reply ]
