Factual Error on the page.

In the section, The End Of The Civil War, the sentence "Back in New York, she assisted British steamer European after she exploded in New York Harbor 3 April 1866." is in error. The steamer exploded in Aspinwall, Panama (now Colon) on the date cited. 209.37.78.16 18:03, 23 July 2007 (UTC) [reply ]

Doubly so it seems since the explosion occurred on the 8 April. Anyway I have removed it. dawkeye (talk) 18:40, 3 January 2009 (UTC) [reply ]

Fate of the James Adger?

According to this web museum: The James Adger was sold to the British Merchant Trading Company in 1867 and renamed the Windsor Castle. She was lost 31 January 1869 in the Bay of Biscay.[1] Broichmore (talk) 16:50, 2 May 2018 (UTC) [reply ]
