Why it was cancelled?

[edit ]

Why the series was cancelled in 1961? Animation was a better bet than the series for the 1961-1962 season. --73.184.6.244 (talk) 09:54, 26 March 2018 (UTC) [reply ]

Reset to earlier in the storyline

[edit ]

Does anyone know of source for why the storyline apparently resets around S3 E22 back to the time when Bat Masterson was still Wyatt's deputy (back in S2 or early in S3 Bat Masterson got elected as County Sheriff)? I noticed that the storylines also got less complex around that time. Was it a change of writers? Does everyone have a source on that? 90.198.226.18 (talk) 14:16, 2 November 2021 (UTC) [reply ]
