This user account is a bot  that uses PHP, operated by Cyberpower678 (talk) and Harej (talk). It is used to make repetitive automated or semi-automated edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually, in accordance with the bot policy. The bot is approved and currently active – the relevant request for approval can be seen here.

InternetArchiveBot , also known as IABot, combats link rot and makes other improvements to references on Wikipedia. Originally developed by Cyberpower678 as a volunteer, this bot is now funded by the Internet Archive. The bot was originally approved as Task 5 of Cyberbot II.
