Merge with MO 291?

I don't think the two pages should be merged. Mo 291 follows *part* of Bypass 71, but not all of it. Bypass 71 ended near Platte City, but Mo 291 ends in Kansas City at Interstate 435. I think the two pages need to be kept separate. US 71 22:13, 19 July 2006 (UTC) [reply ]

U.S. 71 and Alt 71

Alt 71 was actually truncated back to I-44 when U.S. 71 was moved to the Carthage Bypass. Alt 71 was decommissioned when the segment south of Neosho was completed. US 71 17:12, 13 April 2007 (UTC) [reply ]

Storm Lake business loop

How do we know that the Storm Lake business loop is no longer active? I was recently driving on US 71 Business in Storm Lake and it was well signed, and seemed very much a current route. Is there some kind of citation for the deletion? Brandonrush Woo pig sooie 23:39, 21 August 2010 (UTC) [reply ]
