Questionable statement

[edit ]

The article says, "In 1952, Martti Ahtisaari moved to Oulu with his family to seek employment." Who was seeking employment? It seems unlikely that it was 15-year-old Martti. Someone should rewrite this sentence. Ishboyfay (talk) 10:11, 18 February 2019 (UTC) [reply ]

Iraq war

[edit ]

Somebody has removed the fact that Ahtisaari supported G. W. Bush's attack to Iraq. But I write it to here so at least some people can see it. --84.249.134.100 (talk) 14:00, 2 September 2020 (UTC) [reply ]

Alzheimers

It has been reported he has alzheimers and stays in a care home periodically. -- Cimon Avaro; on a pogostick. (talk) 12:44, 2 September 2021 (UTC) [reply ]

London Mayors ball warning

[edit ]

I admit it is a bit on the trivia side, but he did get major billing at the London Mayors Ball, and the attendants were warned beforehand that he had a noticeable limp, and not to titter or laugh at him... -- Cimon Avaro; on a pogostick. (talk) 09:14, 19 October 2021 (UTC) [reply ]

Why no separate article on Nobel Peace Prize?

[edit ]

Pretty much every other modern award has its own article, why not this one? Referencer12 (talk) 03:09, 12 October 2022 (UTC) [reply ]
