"last remaining natural loch within the city"

[edit ]

https://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/downloads/file/22592/lochend-park-management-plan mentions "With its distinctive natural spring fed loch in the centre of the park which provides a unique habitat for wildlife, Lochend Park provides an attractive green space in the heart of Edinburgh’s East Neighbourhood."

So how can Duddingston be claimed as the last natural loch in Edinburgh, given that Lochend Loch exists?
