Need character-specific pages

[edit ]

we need character specific pages for every character in d4dj, that way the knowledge base on each character is expanded Ziatheory34 (talk) 00:17, 20 November 2022 (UTC) [reply ]

Tsubaki

[edit ]

Coming here because I was requested to do so and don't want to violate 3RR. As I mentioned, I'm aware the ship teasing is a thing.

However, the note as written seems out of place and needs to be cited, otherwise seems more like fancruft or an attempt to shoehorn in a supposed minor character detail to me.

Open to other opinions. GhostStalker (Got a present for ya! / Mission Log) 17:14, 24 March 2023 (UTC) [reply ]

I hate talking about ships and I'm not here to argue about Tsubaki x Aoi, especially since it's (at least from a canon standpoint) one-sided. I'm not even talking about Muni, whose potential crush on Rinku has grown noticeably in the second season of the anime, or Haruna with her akogare and even more noticeable crush on Aoi. But I returned the text because, at least from my point of view, this crush is an important element of the character's personality and even an important running gag. She actually plays the role of the classic tsundere that "don't think I like you" here. Considering how even the first promotional material for RONDO teases this and how Hiro teases her about romantic cocktails in the anime, she is the first queer character in the franchise. I think you'd need a lot more concrete sourcing for including the last point there. My sole objection to this being included is it seeming like fancruft, and how out of place it seems. GhostStalker (Got a present for ya! / Mission Log) 17:41, 24 March 2023 (UTC) [reply ]
Which points in my text cause you the most objection? If you agree to discuss this together and rewrite, I will not accuse you of breaking the rule and confirm to the mods that we agreed on this. Solaire the knight (talk) 17:44, 24 March 2023 (UTC) [reply ]
Made an edit focusing on wording and grammar, and will leave aside whether said information belongs there for someone else to gather consensus on. Hopefully this passes muster with you. GhostStalker (Got a present for ya! / Mission Log) 17:51, 24 March 2023 (UTC) [reply ]
I'm sad to lose the part about sexuality, but for the sake of compromise, I'm ready to agree. Looks quite normal. I subscribed to the thread in case anyone else has an opinion, but anyway, if you get any questions, feel free to link to this thread to confirm that I have no complaints.
