Who is Betty Wallace???
[edit ]I believe Betty Wallace is the true founder of Betty Burgers. Unfortunately, she passed away in 2019 I don't see any mention of her name on this article.
Here is a source claiming she is the real deal Hundreds mourn original Betty’s Burgers founder | Daily Telegraph. Perhaps it is a legend, but there are photos from 2003 showing Betty Wallace severing burgers out of her "Wallace Betty's Beach Burgers". Ockett (talk) 23:50, 30 January 2024 (UTC) [reply ]
