Article title

The title, currently Beant Singh (chief minister) should correctly be Beant Singh (Chief Minister). Chief Minister is a title and not a description and should be capitalised in English. The title was originally correct and then changed to lower case in 2007. Imc (talk) 20:12, 2 April 2012 (UTC) [reply ]
