Jargon

What is "a clear trunk"? I know what clear water is, and clear glass, and a clear-coat of lacquer, but I wouldn't expect to be able to look through a tree trunk. I usually don't deal with trees on a daily basis though. If you use a specialized, professional, other than everyday meaning of a word, you need to either explain it, or link it to an explanation. --BjKa (talk) 10:58, 25 February 2021 (UTC) [reply ]
