Lafadofensine (INN Tooltip International Nonproprietary Name), also known as (3S)-N,N-bis(4-fluorophenyl)pyrrolidin-3-amine, is a drug described as an antidepressant which has not been marketed at this time.[1] [2] [3] It is said to act as a serotonin–norepinephrine–dopamine reuptake inhibitor (SNDRI).[1] The drug was first described by 2010[4] and its INN Tooltip International Nonproprietary Name was proposed by 2021.[5]
