Elaea (Bithynia)

Town of ancient Bithynia

Elaea or Elaia (Ancient Greek: Ελαία) was a town of ancient Bithynia on the coast of the Sinus Astacenus in the Propontis.

Its site is located near Zeytin Burnu (Körfez), in Asiatic Turkey.[1] [2]
