World Of Airports

World Of Airports (Simply as WOA), is a Strategic-Simulator game, by being an Air traffic controller, and managing different types of airports, expanding airports and handling aircraft from different airlines. It is possible to buy planes to build an airline.[1] [2]

Gameplay

When starting the game for the first time there will be a tutorial introducing the player on how to play the game, in order to get more contracts from players and AI planes, is by pressing the contract button, there are 4 types of contracts, Local, Regional, and International, and Random Player contract. To level up in an airport, gain XP from handling planes and leveling up relations.[3]

Fleet Planes

Fleet planes are owned by players and can be sent to any airport that can fit the demand, size and range of the aircraft, asking a player to accepting the contract, or send it to the airport regardless of the player.[4]

There are 11 Developers that work on World of airports, they test the playablity, life quality changes and realism, Design airports, and model new aircraft,.[5]

The way of announcing updates is by the World Of Airports Forum and their Discord server, they post about the progress of their game in their devblogs.[6]

Currency

There are 3 types of ingame-currency in World of Airports, These are:

Wollars

[edit ]

Wollars are the base ingame currency, Wollars are usually used when expanding airports, buying equipment, Buying planes, etc. To earn wollars, handle planes or pressing easter eggs on specific airports.[7] [8]

Gold Planes

Gold Planes are a premium currency that require to pay In-app purchases or converting Silver planes to Gold planes, Gold planes are used to unlock: Locked Airports, Aircrafts, Liveries, and other currency that can be converted to.[9]

Silver Planes

Silver planes are used to hire Automatic ATC, Hire a dealing manager or Converting them into Gold planes.[10] [11] [12] [13]

On the App store it has a rating of 4.4 stars, reviews say its a "A pretty detailed game" and "Needs more features, but is performing well since its free"[27]

On Google Play it has a rating of 4.4 stars, people also say that "Before it was incompatible with low-end devices, and with low end devices its possible." and "Its fun but is quite unrealitsic."[28]
