Welcome![edit source ]

Hello, Yeahright, and welcome to Uncyclopedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. If not, the door's right over there... no, a little more to your left... yeah. Anyway, here are a few good links for people like you:

If you read anything at all, make it the above three links. If you want to find out more about Uncyclopedia or need more help with something, try these:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being an Uncyclopedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~) or use the "sign" button (Button sig.png) above the edit box. This will automatically produce your name and the date.

At Uncyclopedia, writing articles is not a requirement, but it certainly is a fun and easy way to express your creativity. To write an article, it's recommended that you start it in your userspace (for example, User:Yeahright/Article about stuff) so you can edit it at your leisure. If you decide to create it in the cold world of mainspace, make sure it is in accordance with the policies laid out above, and if you're not done put the "Work-In-Progress" template - {{construction}} - onto it as well.

If you want to write and don't know where to begin, consider contributing to Uncyclopedia's current colonization of the week , a group writing project to improve a single popular article. Anyone is welcome to contribute, so come help out!

If the current colonization doesn't suit your fancy, then browse our rewrite and idea categories. We have lots of articles just sitting around for someone to improve, so don't be afraid - dive right in!

If you need help, ask me on my talk page, ask at the Dump, or ask an administrator on their talk page. Additionally, the Uncyclopedian Adopt-a-Noob program is there to bring experienced editors straight to you. Simply leave a message on an adopter's talkpage to join. Again, welcome! Sir Todd GUN WotM MI UotM NotM MDA VFH AotM Bur. AlBur. CM NS PC (talk)

'Ello[edit source ]

If you leave an unfinished page - such as your Metal Gear Solid 4 one - it's liable to end up on QVFD or otherwise become a candidate for deletion. You can prevent that happening by adding the following code: {{construction}}, which will add a template stating that the page is a work in progress preventing it form being deleted for seven days so you can return to it when you have time. I've already added it for you to MGS4, so that one's safe for a while. Oh - and welcome to Uncyclopedia. :-) Rabbi Techno Icons-flag-gb.png kvetch Icon rabbi.gif Contribs Foxicon.png FOXES 10:05, 17 June 2009 (UTC)

My mistake - I only saw your first edit and didn't realise you'd been working on it in the last 20 minutes or so. You can leave an article that long in most cases, without any problems. :-) Rabbi Techno Icons-flag-gb.png kvetch Icon rabbi.gif Contribs Foxicon.png FOXES 10:08, 17 June 2009 (UTC)
Re. your reply. No worries - we're quite a friendly site really, despite what some people claim - just ask anyone if you need help or advice, all the regular users/admin will be happy to help. When you leave a message on someone's talkpage, sign it with four tildes: ~~~~ and it'll leave your name and a timestamp so people know who you are. Have fun with the article - I'll take a look when you're done. :-) Rabbi Techno Icons-flag-gb.png kvetch Icon rabbi.gif Contribs Foxicon.png FOXES 11:06, 17 June 2009 (UTC)
Looking good. I made a few small edits to the format/grammar which I hope are acceptable - otherwise, can't see anything that needs to be changed. If there's anything else you're uncertain of relating to that article, Guildy down there evidently knows a lot more about MGS4 than I do (I haven't played a video game since about 1982, so I'm a little behind the times) which means he'll be able to give you more help than I will. Have fun! :-) Rabbi Techno Icons-flag-gb.png kvetch Icon rabbi.gif Contribs Foxicon.png FOXES 07:16, 19 June 2009 (UTC)

I See You're a Fan[edit source ]

Of both MGS and my articles on them. I'll give your article a review, but first I would like to move it to Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, because that's where it should be. Is that cool? —Unführer Guildy Ritter von Guildensternenstein 21:17, 18 June 2009 (UTC)

I reviewed your article for you. If you have any questions, message me. —Unführer Guildy Ritter von Guildensternenstein 22:19, 18 June 2009 (UTC)
Glad you appreciate the review. I was as confused as you first coming here, if not, moreso. My first four or five articles completely sucked balls, and the Pee Reviews I got on them were less than encouraging. However, if you work at it and stick around, this place is pretty cool. If you ever need anything at all, just message me on my talkpage. Oh, and sign your posts with three tildas, thusly: ~~~~, from now on. —Unführer Guildy Ritter von Guildensternenstein 02:25, 19 June 2009 (UTC)

Review[edit source ]

Someone (though not me) has reviewed your MGS4 article, just so you know. —Unführer Guildy Ritter von Guildensternenstein 01:41, 3 July 2009 (UTC)

MGS4 Review[edit source ]

All yours boss. Any questions add them onto the review itself and I'll answer them there. Pup
