Uncyclopedia:Pee Review/Andrei Tarkovsky

Humour: 8 Obviously you need to know the man and his films to laugh at this even once, but that's a good thing. Great job. The long periods of silence. That's good. You know, I bet the script for The Sacrifice, a 90-minute movie, is only like ten pages long.

That said, this article could actually use a lot more. I think it's funny, but I also think it's too short. We could put more specific satire in about each movie. There aren't all that many of them.

Some ideas: Andrei Rublev - here a young Tarkovsky thinks he is Sergei Eisenstein.
Solaris - In order to fully understand this film, it is recommended that you watch it with George Clooney.
Stalker - Also, for the complete experience, play the exciting GameBoy version!

I could probably think of others.

Concept: 8 Great idea for how to satirize this stuff. Like I said, I just think it needs to be more.

Prose and formatting: 9 No language mistakes, certainly. One point off for the old "Make it longer" issue.

Images: 8 These are excellent. The first one feels like it needs a good joke, but I can't hink of one. Oh, hey, what about "This is a photograph of Andrei Tarkovsky, either contemplating the the true nature of man, or trying to understand the true nature of what he has experienced." Or something liek that. It even kind of looks contemplative.

Miscellaneous: 8 Pushing it down to 8 to encourage expanding it.

Final Score: 41 I love it. Can we work on it together to make it longer, add sections about each film, perhaps? Very good stuff.
