This is the configurations for cewbot to fix broken anchors.

- For each edit, the robot may need to look up the history. When it takes too long, the bot will just skip the article. Therefore, sometimes the bot may miss articles, so sorry for that.
- The bot also notify broken anchors in the talk page via {{Broken anchors}}.
- I don't want the bot to modify my archives!
- Please using {{bots|optout=anchor-fixing}}, the bot will skip this page.
