Refund and Cancellation Policy

At creatly.me, we want to be transparent about our refund policy upfront. Please read this carefully before subscribing to a plan or making a purchase on the Platform.

This Policy applies to AIKAY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (Creatly, "we", "us", or "our"), operating creatly.me.

1. Free plan

  • The Free plan does not require payment and can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.
  • Users on the Free plan can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

2. Subscription plans (Pro, Pro+, Ultimate)

All subscription fees paid to Creatly are non-refundable.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing cycle, partial months, or unused time.
  • Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
  • Your access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

This applies to both Monthly and Annual plans.

3. Purchases from creators (marketplace)

When you buy a digital product, course, subscription, session, or service from a Creator on Creatly, Creatly does not provide refunds for these purchases.

  • Creators are solely responsible for the products and services they sell, including delivery, quality, customer support, and any refunds.
  • Creatly acts only as a technology platform and is not a party to the transaction between you and the Creator.
  • Any refund requests, complaints, or disputes about a Creator's product or service must be raised directly with the Creator.
  • Each Creator may have their own refund policy displayed on their storefront — please review it before purchasing.

4. Limited exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Non-delivery of digital product (as required under Indian law): If a Creator confirms in writing that they cannot deliver a purchased product or service, the amount will be refunded as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
  • Unauthorized transactions: If your account or payment method was used without your authorization, you must report it within 7 days of the transaction so we can investigate.

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery action. If you have a genuine concern, please email us first at support@creatly.me.

6. Abuse of refunds

We reserve the right to deny refunds to users who repeatedly subscribe and cancel to abuse the policy, or who attempt fraudulent chargebacks. Such accounts may also be subject to suspension or termination.

7. How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings under Billing. You will receive an email confirmation once cancellation is complete.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the "Effective Date" will be updated. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
