Zoom integration
Automatically create Zoom meetings for your paid 1:1 call bookings.
What it does
When you sell a paid call or 1:1 session on Creatly and connect your Zoom account, Creatly automatically creates a scheduled Zoom meeting on your account each time a customer books. The join link is delivered to both you and the customer over WhatsApp and email. Creatly only creates and manages the meetings booked through Creatly — it never reads or modifies your other Zoom meetings.
How to connect
- Go to Dashboard → Integrations.
- Find Zoom and click Connect.
- You will be redirected to Zoom's consent screen. Review the requested permissions and click Allow.
- You return to Creatly with Zoom connected. New call bookings now generate a Zoom link automatically.
Permissions we request
meeting:write:meeting— create the Zoom meeting for a booking.meeting:read:meeting— read the meeting we created, to fetch its join link and details.user:read:user— read your basic Zoom profile to identify your account.
We request nothing beyond what is needed to create your booking meetings.
Data we access and how it is protected
We store your basic Zoom profile (name, email, account id) and the meetings created through Creatly. Your Zoom OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using Fernet (AES-128-CBC with HMAC-SHA256) and held in a PostgreSQL database that is itself encrypted at rest and reachable only over a private network. Tokens are decrypted in memory only at the moment Creatly creates or reads a meeting on your behalf. All network traffic uses TLS. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How to disconnect or remove the app
You can remove Creatly's access to Zoom at any time:
- From Creatly: Dashboard → Integrations → Zoom → Disconnect. This deletes the Zoom tokens and profile data Creatly holds for your account.
- From Zoom: sign in at zoom.us → Settings → Apps (or Zoom App Marketplace → Manage → Installed Apps) → find Creatly → Remove.
When you remove the app from Zoom, Zoom notifies Creatly and we automatically delete the Zoom data we hold for your account.
