added windturbine and solar panels for the cottage, updated collision for the cottage inside, tried to add the new internal virtual joystick but that doesn't seem to register touch inputs on...

fixed the joystick position a bit but screen size is still an issue (and i can only go up the the joystick on mobile +__+)
