I do not see this file failover.jsc after updating Phoenix. I tried twice. To be extra sure I checked both the local and roaming profile locations. 🤷
I want to report that the issue still present with Phoenix v2025.12.23.1 when launching Firefox 146.0.1 with the default profile and with a new profile.

No problem. I glad the issue has been fixed. I just got the update for v138.0.1 and DOH settings are now scrollable thus fully accessible.
