Wolfram Alpha is a "Computational Knowledge Engine" - different from a search engine, it answers factual queries directly by computing the answer from structured data, rather than providing a list of documents or web pages that might contain the answer.
You can buy from google play or windows store or app store for a few dollars for lifetime.
I like it and using for a few years.

Wolfram Alpha is amazing for deep scientific and mathematical computations. But honestly, for everyday stuff like calculating loan payments, BMI, or compound interest, it feels a bit overwhelming. The results often include way more information than I need, and the Pro plan at 50ドル/year is steep for casual users. I wish there were more lightweight, free alternatives that support natural language input without all the complexity. Still, for anything advanced, WA remains unbeatable.

Vast knowledge engine, so much to look into. However, you can get lost in all this wealth of information which is quite often not directly relevant to your searches. Also, wish it was free.
Review from a new or low-activity account — shown here, but not counted in the app rating.

I was first introduced to Wolfram Alpha via Wolfram's Mathematica Program. Its app for mobile devices has the full functionality of Mathematica behind it. And that's not something many other similar programs can brag about. All in all, this is definite one of the best programs on the market. And now doing my Math homework is much more easier and I have no need to look for online homework service or whatever else.

This is very convenient for doing electrical engineering questions with automatic unit conversion, but the nags they added to sell Pro are really annoying. 50ドル per year for software that doesn't understand me 50% of the time? Meh. For a lot of the things I use this for, I could use Qalculate or GNU Units instead, they're just not as pretty. I'll stick with the free site.

In fact, it seems to have gotten a lot stupider lately. Queries that used to work fine don't anymore, and often it will not give me any results, and I'll have to enter the same thing again multiple times to get it to work.

I regularly use this for all sorts of mathematics, from the complex to the basics (particularly when my brain has clocked out early).

Wolfram Alpha is available also as mobile app for Android, iPhone, iPad and for ebooks.
With Wolfram Alpha on your iPhone or iPod touch, you can explore a vast world of knowledge through an app adapted for your ever-changing, on-the-go lifestyle. Use Wolfram Alpha to discover new information about the world and to deliver expert knowledge into any facet of your mobile life.
