Because Sammobile, somehow , likes android too much. Maybe they have income or have some bussiness advantage while writing Sammobile blog and using android.
I've never seen any good news about Tizen on Sammobile blog, either there is no news coming from Samsung.

Another sad thing is Samsung moved their first TIZEN OS devices to 2013. Samsung already gave away some developers devices with TIZEN 1.0.
