The way I see it, each person has their own relative value of money vs. time. Most young high school and college students have time but not money. For them, it's worth hunting around the Web for a torrent of a game (and risking the viruses and trojans that may be bundled with it) rather than shelling out cash for it. When those same people grow up and get a job, then it's worth it for them to pay for the legit copy of a game rather than spending time hunting for a free download and potentially risking their computer's health.
C'est intéressant, parce que ça montre bien où Hadopi échouera (les ados ont le temps de chercher un truc à télécharger) et où elle est inutile (les adultes ne l'ont pas). Bon ça n'est pas 100% vrai, mais c'est un des trucs qui ridiculise cette loi.
