En clair, cela EXCLUT les implémentation libres de ces protocoles, car ils exigent au minimum 5$ par serveur installé (pas hyper cher pour une implémentation proprio, toutefois...) Donc Samba par exemple ne profitera pas de ces documents.
Du bon gros foutage de gueule comme à l'habitude du côté de chez Redmond, vu qu'ils ont avoué publiquement que leur seul vrai concurrent était Linux, ils se débrouillent quand même pour l'exclure des pénalités auxquelles ils ont été contraints par le protocole d'accord avec le DoJ, histoire qu'elles ne servent vraiment à rien. J'espère que le procès antitrust va continuer de se finir...
