Il ne parle pas de s'intégrer à un nouvel environnement ou à de nouvelles têtes, il ne parle pas de conflits entre personnes (personnellement, je les trouve trés productifs au contraire quand les 2 camps défendent quelquechose de sensé comme les 2 vm), non il parle de rapport entre le cout de l'ajout d'un nouveau développeur et son rendement a force de se heurter à ca: (et on parle pas de pme/pmi ici) Another important effect is to lower overhead and increase efficiency through specialization.
