What is c2ctl?
The main purpose of c2ctl is overclocking and / or undervolting the CPU and to enable Intel SpeedStep. In particular
* it is intended for Intel Core and Core 2 CPU's, but it also may work with other processors (namely processors with Intel SpeedStep),
* it runs under Linux,
* it can change the processor frequency and voltage,
* enable SpeedStep (e.g. if it was disabled by the BIOS due to overclocking),
* read out frequency and voltage information
J'ai testé un équivalent (K10STAT) sous windows et ça marche au poil, par contre j'ai jamais essayé avec linux (aucun lien entre le logiciel windows et les autres cités plus haut apparemment).
